My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The location was fantastic, right at the heart of Madrid with everything within walking distance. The rooms, although needing some maintenance and a bit shabby, were okay. The dining options were basic, but the service was overall good. However, there were some issues with payment and noise from neighbors.
